"Advances in Web-Based Learning -- ICWL 2013" is a comprehensive collection of scholarly contributions that document the proceedings of the 12th International Conference on Web-Based Learning. This conference took place in October 2013 in Kenting, Taiwan, and attracted numerous submissions from around the world.
