Dance between art and therapy is aimed at those who do not want to understand or teach dance merely as a movement technique. Dance is a fundamental part of life. However, the rhythm, wit, and poetry of dance are rarely directly felt and accessible in our living conditions. People need not only understanding but also confrontation and a challenge to grow as individuals. Dance training represents such a challenge. It confronts us with energy, truth, and beauty—elements that our unconscious potential awaits to unleash all available energies in the right way at the right moment. This is how we become the person we could be—this is the true goal of life.
