The documentation of nursing services is, just like the activities with and for the patient, an essential part of nursing work. Volume 3 of the ATP-G book series aims to provide nurses with more time for patient care while also meeting documentation requirements. To achieve this, model nursing standards have been developed in accordance with the concept of activating therapeutic care in geriatrics for all action and care focal points. These standards can serve as the basis for clear, structured, and time-saving documentation in geriatric facilities and are applicable in all settings.
