Nancy Fraser has acquired an international reputation for her powerful integration of feminist issues into the critique of capitalist society. She has addressed some shortcomings of the Marxist tradition and the School of Frankfurt. The present volume documents a workshop at the University of Wuppertal dedicated to the recent developments of her thought.
