Product details
Alexander Freiherr von Bach (1813-1893), Minister of Justice and later Interior Minister during the first decade of Franz Joseph I's reign, is considered one of the most significant political figures of this era. The brilliant lawyer and ardent defender of the March Revolution of 1848 transformed into a figurehead of the neo-absolutism shaped by conservative thought. This work aims to do justice to the significance of the minister from today's perspective.
