In a bar, Allmen encounters a cultured gentleman of his age – Adrian Weynfeldt. The name is certainly familiar to the art detective. This marks the beginning of an unusual friendship. When Weynfeldt soon realizes that a painting is missing from his collection, he involves Allmen. Weynfeldt's colorful circle of friends is tight-lipped. Only the art book dealer is willing to talk. But soon, she can no longer do so. Allmen is faced with his first murder case.
