I write about the sacred moment that has forever shattered all previous notions of life; as if a bomb had exploded within me. My former personality has been torn to pieces, and its fragments have stirred up the ground of my relationships with others. The entire circumstances of life have changed. The letters with which I once read the book of life are scattered; their disjointed characters make no sense to me today. The new letters of a new alphabet have been cast, and some of those letters have suddenly become mixed up in the chaos of the old; reading these letters has led to the grossest errors. I know that the scattering of the letters drove Nietzsche mad; I might lose my mind, but I will not lose it. Just as we realize that the shadow of a devil we see on a screen comes only from us: our fingers shape it; I know that working with the letters will improve my vision; I will read correctly: how spiritual events shape my life. I will not lose my mind.
