The fundamental medical textbook by Rudolf Steiner and Ita Wegman contains nine exemplary case studies. For over eight decades, these nine 'cases' have been the subject of countless study meetings and conferences. However, the information about the patients within the book is limited and gives rise to much speculation. Against this background, the original medical records from the Ita Wegman Archive have been published for the first time in a commented form. They allow for a deeper understanding of the presentation and special approach of Steiner/Wegman.
