Herb priest – this is the name by which Hermann-Josef Weidinger is known in Austria and beyond. He has been succeeded in his role as herb priest and as a columnist for the Kronen Zeitung by his fellow brother Benedikt Felsinger. He continues the work of his teacher and mentor, keeping the tradition of our healing herbs alive in the consciousness of the Austrians. In his new book, he portrays the 77 most important native herbs and their healing effects for the mind and body, true to the motto of his column, looked at and lived healthily. Each plant portrait is complemented by an illustration from nature painter Adolf Blaim, whose drawings have already enriched Hermann-Josef Weidinger's books.
