Being able to read, understand, and "see through" them is just as essential as the period at the end of a sentence. These training materials for reading competence include ready-to-copy worksheets (including didactic tips) that teach students six key methods for text comprehension to help them "crack" any text. They practice checking their understanding, making connections, visualizing content and structures, analyzing structure, filtering out important information, and asking questions. After the introduction of the methods, students have extensive opportunities to apply and reinforce the strategies. There are five uniformly structured worksheets for each method.
