Andrei Anatolyevich Bukin, born on June 20, 1957, in Moscow, is a former Russian figure skater who competed in ice dancing for the Soviet Union. Bukin began skating at the age of seven at CSKA Moscow. At the age of ten, he moved to Spartak Moscow and specialized in ice dancing. His first ice dancing partner was Olga Abankina. In the late 1970s, he joined the training group of Tatiana Tarasova. From 1977 onwards, Natalya Bestemianova was his ice dancing partner.
