Andrew Johns, born on September 23, 1973, in Peterborough, is a British triathlete. He began competing in triathlons in 1992 and became the European champion in the short distance at the Triathlon in Velden am Wörthersee, Austria, in 1998. In 2000, he represented Great Britain in the triathlon, which was held for the first time as part of the Olympic Games in Sydney. In 2002, he finished third at the World Championship, and in 2004, he once again participated in the Olympic Games for the British team, where he placed 16th.
