Andy Müller-Maguhn (October 3, 1971) has been a member of the Chaos Computer Club (CCC) since 1986 and served as one of the club's spokespersons from 1990 until the end of 2003. Since the members' meeting in January 2009, he has been a member of the CCC board again after a two-year break. Since his election in the fall of 2000, he has been one of the elected volunteer directors at ICANN, responsible for the global development of policies and decision-making on structural issues regarding the Internet's framework, along with 18 other directors for a period of two years. From June 2002 to 2004 or 2005, he served as a volunteer board member of European Digital Rights, which acts as an umbrella organization for European NGOs advocating for the enforcement of human rights in the digital age.
