Angela Voigt, née Schmalfeld (May 18, 1951, in Weferlingen), is a former German athlete who represented East Germany at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, where she won the gold medal in the long jump (6.72 invalid, 6.50, 6.53 invalid, 6.57). The relatively low winning distance can be explained by the competition format at the time, as both the qualifying round and the final took place on the same day.
