Ann-Monika Pleitgen (June 2, 1941, in Essen) is a German actress and writer. She is the daughter of industrialist Hans Koepchen. In her first marriage, she was married to actor Folker Bohnet, with whom she had a son. In her second marriage, she is married to actor Ulrich Pleitgen. Until the 1980s, she worked as an actress, including at the Municipal Theaters of Cologne, the Schiller Theater in Berlin, and the Bochum Theater, as well as a voice actress. Since then, she has been working as a manager for Ulrich Pleitgen and is involved with him and others in various book publications. Her crime novel "Freitags isst man Fisch," co-produced with her son from her first marriage, physicist Ilja Bohnet, was nominated for the Friedrich Glauser Prize in the debut category in 2010.
