Starting from the current topic of introducing group work in industrial companies, the author examines the possibilities for promoting social behavior and productivity in manufacturing teams. The work begins with a comprehensive introduction to group work, presenting various concepts alongside the historical development of group work and evaluating them in relation to personnel and organizational development. Subsequently, new trends and tools for leading groups are discussed. In the second part of the work, the concrete implementation of group work and feedback in manufacturing cells within an automotive supplier company is described and evaluated. The author presents an empirical study and its results, which focus on the effectiveness of feedback for industrial employees and the relationships between social behavior and feedback.
