From the foreword: This work addresses Rudolf Steiner's engagement with Judaism (Rudolf Steiner, Judaism, and Antisemitism), followed by the autobiography of a person from Israel who became involved with anthroposophy at an early age (Udi Levy). The third part outlines humanistic ideas of Jewish philosophers from the 20th century (Hermann Cohen, Franz Rosenzweig, Emmanuel Levinas, and Martin Buber), which are not only fundamentally important for the present and future but also resonate with the spiritual intentions of the Free School of Spiritual Science (Goetheanum) as they traverse the abyss of time. The book concludes with a study of the poetry of Paul Celan, a survivor of the Shoah.
