Gymnastics lessons are not for the faint-hearted: While Nina spins through the air with a somersault, Leon stands frozen in fear in front of the parallel bars. Often, students come with different skill levels, making it challenging to support each child individually. This is where this booklet comes in. It provides easily implementable lesson plans for single or double lessons in grades 1-2 and 3-4. Each lesson is presented in detail, clearly, and concisely over one to two pages, complemented by self-explanatory illustrations, station cards, and setup plans. Guidelines for safe equipment setup and exercises for proper assistance reduce the risk of injury. As a special bonus, there are lesson plans included that can take place on the schoolyard.
