Inclusion is a widely discussed demand. But how can it be implemented in practice? This material offers you an inclusive teaching approach that engages all students. The booklet includes a brief didactic introduction, numerous copy templates with explanations, as well as appropriate diagnostic tests. The focus is on mastering the transition to ten confidently. A solid understanding of decomposition up to 10, the concept of reversible tens, and foundational skills for step-by-step calculations are prerequisites for this. Initially, this is developed within the framework of five structures. This way, even students with difficulties in math can participate successfully, as the required decompositions remain accessible to their perception. Subsequently, the transition to ten is introduced and practiced within the range of twenty.
