Product details

Now Nies is over thirty, but sometimes he still seems anything but grown-up. He prefers throwing eggs and tomatoes at house walls rather than working in a bank like his brother. And the fact that his parents left him alone quite early as a child is not a valid excuse forever, even if Nies stubbornly clings to his rebellious nickname from that time. He is an observer, a player who makes his own interpretations of everything. Quite by chance, he suddenly finds a job: in a funeral home. The encounter with death demands a lot from him, especially since a sense of responsibility has not exactly been one of his outstanding qualities. He can make up for it with his improvisational skills, and fundamentally, he is a decent guy. Whatever clichés may exist—being a funeral assistant is a highly varied profession.
