Hochdurchsatz-Mikroskopie von Mikrotiterplatten auf Basis einer kontinuierlichen Objektbewegung

Product details
The work describes a method for high-throughput microscopy that allows large-area objects, such as microtiter plates, to be scanned significantly faster than with conventional methods, without compromising image quality. The object is digitized during continuous movement, with motion blur being avoided through flash illumination. Thanks to a novel hardware autofocus system, the object remains in focus throughout the scan.
