The work presents a procedural model for the systematic development and management of industrial services, which increases the likelihood of success for service innovations through appropriate methods and tools, reduces time-to-market, and particularly improves service quality. An integrated risk management approach ensures the early prevention of quality deficiencies and misdevelopments, as well as the utilization of emerging opportunities.
