The result of the work is a new approach that systematically checks the strategic coherence within a network. In the first step, the collective strategy of the network is analyzed, followed by a company analysis in the second step. This is followed by a methodologically supported review of coherence through a profile comparison. In the fourth step, the results are transformed into a metric for strategic coherence, addressing the following dimensions of fit in detail: strategic success positions, strategic success potentials, structural fit, cultural fit, and motivational fit.
