Casting compound - 5 kg of stone-hard, weather-resistant casting material (for door and name signs), sculptures (chess pieces, decorative items, garden figures, and nativity figures) are made from this extra hard, hydrophobized (waterproof), ceramic casting compound. A significant advantage is that once cured, the cast parts do not absorb moisture after complete drying, which is important for casting weather-resistant garden figures, wall and sign boards (door signs), small bird baths, and fountains.

Mixing ratio: 4 parts Artestone to 1 part water. Processing time: 8-10 minutes, curing time: 30 minutes. Artestone hardens firmly and stone-hard within 30 minutes. Cast parts made from Artestone should be mechanically reworked immediately after demolding, as the item hardens extremely hard and very solid afterward. It is modified based on phosphates in combination with natural gypsum components.
