The butcher shop is located between the bakery and the supermarket. For children with a migration background, learning the German language is not easy. Nouns with the correct articles and the grammatical changes in their use with prepositions present particular challenges. To support students linguistically from the very beginning, this volume provides a variety of exercises on vocabulary, definite and indefinite articles, plural formation, and the use of prepositions – all centered around the theme of "Shopping." The worksheets are structured according to the same principle in each thematic unit. Thus, simple task types such as matching pictures with articles, cutting out pictures and gluing them to the correct article, or circling prepositions are repeated. At the same time, the basic vocabulary of a topic is systematically conveyed.
