The book aims to provide farmers with the essential foundations of production technology and marketing. Additionally, it is intended to serve as a source of information for all interested parties in education and profession regarding the current state of knowledge. In the general section, starting with legal notes updated to the latest possible status, the chapter on ingredients has been revised and expanded. Adhering to specific quality standards is a significant selling point for domestic production. These standards are often "hidden" in various regulations, pharmacopoeias, code guidelines, etc. They hold particular importance for the reasons mentioned above.
