This volume aims to establish action attribution as an integral aspect of the theory of social action. In social action, the unity of the action is not solely created by the subjective meaning of the actor's action and their behavior oriented towards it, but also through the attribution of meaning to the action and the attribution of behaviors and behavioral consequences as components of the action execution.
