Active learning is a successful educational concept that facilitates access to knowledge and anchors content more sustainably. By linking movement and learning, a holistic approach to teaching is achieved, which engages all the senses of the students and considers various needs. At the same time, it enhances performance and increases motivation to learn. However, the concept often fails due to the question of concrete implementation in everyday teaching. This collection provides a solution. It contains 50 practice-tested movement exercises for grades 1 to 4 in mathematics, which successfully convey subject-related content through movement.
