Every day, you are with the children in your group, and you make a really good team. Ideally, this wonderful group also includes the parents of the children. Some of them enjoy working in the facility, while others are less interested. You cannot control this; you cannot force anyone to participate. However, with good offerings throughout the year, it is possible to involve parents in the kindergarten activities and inspire them to contribute.
