Even though children may not always enjoy it, they cannot avoid it: spelling practice must be repeated in elementary school! But how can you motivate your students? Use the teaching materials in this volume, which combines exercises on the spelling phenomena of the German language with texts from the students' everyday lives. This way, the children's interest is directed towards the content of the texts, while their knowledge of spelling unconsciously increases. The work is done in two steps: First, the children practice individual spelling phenomena through engaging exercises and a dictation text that considers various new dictation formats. Afterwards, the students correct error texts, thereby practicing the review of a written text.
