From learning duets to group puzzles - the advantages of using cooperative learning methods are clear: content is acquired more easily and sustainably, student motivation increases, and teamwork, communication, and interaction are promoted. However, implementation in everyday school life is not always so simple. This volume therefore offers professionally grounded practical materials on core topics of the curriculum in mathematics for 3rd grade, which are ideally suited for cooperative learning. Each topic is linked to one or more cooperative learning forms and is introduced with teacher notes that briefly present the methods as well as provide subject-didactic comments, tips for implementation, and guidance on group division.
