When two police officers stand at his door in the evening, Leon realizes that he has gone too far: his classmate Nima is missing! Did he go overboard with his teasing? But Leon is not the only problem in Nima's life. She sends a sign of life to her mother from her hiding place and makes it clear what she wants: to stay in Germany and not return to her father in Gambia. Nima goes underground for several days and meets a street boy named Jonathan, whose fate deeply touches her. Meanwhile, the entire class is searching for Nima while the adults pursue a secret plan... The idea for this story was developed by the students of a fourth-grade class under the educational guidance of their teacher Ina Block. Because the children wished for their own book on "their" topics, it was created in collaboration with the author.
