Product details
A murderous conspiracy. Weimar in the winter of 1798. Christian Vulpius has succeeded: his novel Rinaldo Rinaldini has finally been printed. Then he becomes embroiled in a mysterious criminal case. In the esteemed library, the midwife Josefina Bleichwein meets her end - it appears she committed suicide. However, Vulpius soon has doubts, especially when he learns that the French fortune-teller Madame Europe, who is currently visiting Weimar, has predicted a series of mysterious deaths. In fact, shortly thereafter, the brother of the midwife is found dead - and Vulpius is convinced that a ruthless murderer is prowling the streets of Weimar. Classic Weimar serves as the backdrop for an exciting murder case.
