Climate change currently represents one of our greatest challenges. It has arrived in the midst of our society and influences essential aspects of the future for the upcoming generation. Political debates need to be held, and decisions must be made. Everyone should be able to participate in this. Educational institutions must prepare for this. The book not only addresses the scientific causes and potential impacts of climate change but also explicitly focuses on training communication skills as well as ethical and critical societal evaluation competencies. In addition to materials and experimental suggestions for subject-related learning, the book includes proposals that promote students' communication and evaluation skills using climate change as an example. The book reflects the results of a three-year project.
