Numerous studies show that dogs can have a positive impact on human health and well-being. But how can one reconcile the care of a four-legged friend with their own work hours and demands? This is a challenge faced by both dog owners and those who would like to have a dog but decide against it due to the issues described. In recent years, the option to bring dogs to the workplace has emerged, which positively affects the balance between job responsibilities and dog care. In this context, the present work addresses the question of how dogs in the office could bring direct (not least economic) benefits to companies by positively influencing the work atmosphere and employee motivation.
