What can I do about my students' concentration difficulties? Are the existing seating arrangements still up to date? Should there be a soccer field in every playground? Is my child receiving an optimal education at this school? Teachers, school principals, janitors, and parents are constantly confronted with questions like these. This work aims to help answer these questions. It includes an analysis of the health status of students at a Free Waldorf School based on a study of BMI. Following that, the concept of the Active School is theoretically outlined, highlighting its opportunities and potentials. The final part addresses the practical integration of the concept into everyday school life, also taking into account financial and organizational issues.
