Through around 200 mostly unpublished photographs, this lovingly designed picture book showcases everyday life in Bad Münstereifel between 1880 and 1980. The images document history and stories, traditions, notable personalities, school life, and church activities, even in the 50 districts. Many residents of Münstereifel have opened their treasure chests for the authors. Their private photographs bring nearly 100 years of the town's history to life for long-time residents, newcomers, and visitors. Harald Bongart and Helmut Cloot, due to their long-standing roles as museum directors and teachers, are profound experts on the history of Bad Münstereifel. They have created an appealing photo album from the citizens.
