About the Work

The area of compliance has already become a central part of good corporate organization and is expected to develop significantly in the future. However, there is currently a lack of specific and practice-oriented literature that compliance officers and consultants can utilize. This work fills that gap in the field of labor law compliance.

The work first addresses the labor law implementation and enforcement of compliance and ethics rules. It examines these rules as part of the employment relationship, outlines the co-determination rights of the works council, and demonstrates how violations of compliance rules can be identified, clarified, and legally sanctioned.

In a second part, selected compliance-relevant areas of labor law are presented, including personal rights protection, data protection, and telecommunications.
