About the work: The criminal law of medicine is currently in a state of significant change. While classical medical criminal law is being expanded with new questions, medical professionals are increasingly facing criminal liability risks in terms of economic criminal law. This handbook addresses this finding by systematically unfolding the criminal law of medicine in three parts: medical criminal law, economic criminal law, and pharmaceutical criminal law.
