In the Peruvian Andes, in the scarcely explored region of the mysterious, long-lost Chachapoya people, adventurers stumbled upon ancient stone roundhouses and massive fortresses that have no equal anywhere in America, yet correspond in detail to the two-thousand-year-old structures of Spanish Celts. One might think it is mere coincidence. However, Hans Giffhorn discovered further evidence suggesting that the Chachapoya originated from the ancient Celtic-Punic cultural sphere: similar depictions of deities, nearly identical slingshots, and the same technique of trepanation.
