About the Work
Using exam cases primarily based on current high court decisions, this book presents the essential exam-relevant material for the first state examination in law, focusing on General Criminal Law and Special Part I (offenses against individuals and the public) in a clear and concise manner. The exams feature a mixed topic approach, similar to what can be expected in the first state examination in law. In addition to key topics from General Criminal Law and Special Part I, topics from Special Part II are also addressed, and the cases are supplemented with an exam-typical procedural question. The cases were presented in the exam course at LMU Munich and are therefore "practically tested." The second volume, expected to be published in 2020, will specifically cover the exam-relevant material of Special Part II (offenses against property).
