About the Work

With the publication of Volume II, the comprehensive book on property law of the member states of the European Union is now complete. Volume I covers the fundamentals, the reference points of property rights, and an analysis of the property rights recognized in the countries of the European Union. The second volume, now being released, concludes the overall work with the law of possession, the law of the legal transfer of property rights, and the legal remedies available for their protection.
