Main and volunteer church leaders share the responsibility of guiding the congregation. They face many expectations and wish to lead the church appropriately before God, steering it towards a goal. They aim not to dominate the church but to serve it. How can they lead well without ruling? How can they serve the church without merely catering to it? Based on the biblical mandate from Ephesians 4:11-16, this book focuses on empowering church members through church leadership. It demonstrates how this mandate can be implemented and how leadership skills can be developed. First, I will examine Ephesians 4:11-16, highlight the challenges of implementation, and present potential solutions. Although the current issues in the church are addressed by the usual approaches, clarity remains elusive.
