For many people, love and life in a relationship are a source of happiness, but they can also often be a cause of recurring experiences of suffering. Surely, we all seek the most helpful way to address our troubles and find our happiness. It is quite remarkable that we can receive significant answers and support for life as a couple from such an ancient tradition as Buddhism, including concrete guidance for alleviating and even resolving many of our relationship problems. In fact, there is a possibility that we can completely free ourselves from unwholesome conflicts and emotions within our relationship.
