However, it is not only in times of crisis that the deficiencies in the understanding of many individuals regarding basic financial options and terms become apparent. Many citizens also find their own desires and deeper knowledge about their investment decisions to be foreign concepts. With the increasing personal responsibility regarding many decisions, such as ensuring adequate retirement provision, there is a growing need among individuals for support in managing financial matters.
