The obligation to announce the Single Point of Contact (EA) arises legally and factually from the EU Services Directive. However, directives can only exert their full effect if the beneficiaries are aware of their rights and utilize them. The low uptake due to the EA's lack of recognition can therefore only be specifically improved through a communication concept.
