Conflicts are a part of everyday school life. If ignored, they can develop into teaching and learning blockages, often hindering communication throughout the school. This raises the question: How can conflicts or blockages be addressed in a solution-oriented and effective manner for the benefit of all? This book describes, in addition to systemic fundamentals, specific tools of systemic pedagogy, consisting of communicative attitudes, techniques, and strategies. These are applied to problem and conflict areas in schools, such as dealing with rule violations and disciplinary difficulties, challenging behavior, and conflicts among staff. This leads to the development of possible actions for their resolution. Additionally, there are examples from school practice for all topics, as well as exercises, guidelines, and checklists, also available as online materials, to apply the theoretically acquired knowledge.
