Phileas Fogg, a member of the prestigious Reform Club, bets £20,000 that he can travel around the world in 80 days. That very evening, accompanied by his servant Passepartout, he sets off and takes the train to Paris. What he doesn't know is that Detective Fix is on his trail, as Fogg is suspected of having stolen £50,000 from the Bank of England.
