Mittelpunkt neu is a new edition of the German method Mittelpunkt for older teenagers and adults. This method follows the descriptions of the CEFR and focuses on the various skills required for level C1. The method consists of 12 units covering topics related to everyday life, work, science, and culture. The topics have been updated, and some new ones have been added. For this level, there are two different editions: a student book and a workbook, each with 12 units, as well as two volumes (C1.1 and C2.2) that include six units from the student book plus units from the workbook. The audio CDs are available separately, and the teacher's guide is valid for both editions.
