Compulsions are not uncommon even in childhood and adolescence. They are characterized by a high degree of persistence and individualized symptomatology. In addition to the compulsion, many of those affected have another mental disorder. Help is therefore urgently needed. Gunilla and Christoph Wewetzer have compiled extensive materials for the therapy of compulsions in children and adolescents. There are numerous worksheets for the obligatory therapy elements of exposure therapy with response management, psychoeducation and relapse prevention.
